Shipping

WTFShoes.com currently offers FREE SHIPPING in Canada on all orders over $75, after applied discounts and before taxes. This excludes orders to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories, which are shipped Express Air for $30.

Shipping on orders under $75 costs between $8-$12 per order in Canada depending on your region. We're located on the west coast so the farther east you are the more it costs to ship your order.  Free local pickup* is also an option for Victoria residents.

Shipping for all orders in the USA is $18.00.

Shipping time varies as follows:

          Canada - 1 to 7 days
          USA - 6 to 12 days

Rates for those ordering outside of Canada and USA will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please contact us for rates and shipping options and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

All of our packages are sent via UPS, Fed Ex or Canada Post. We ship between 9 am and 5 pm PST from Monday to Friday.

All our shipments are tracked, and once sent you’ll receive a confirmation email. That email will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor in real time where your shoes are and when you should expect to receive them.
