It's SIMPLE! In the unfortunate incident you're not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) in their original condition (unworn) with box, packaging material and original invoice within 14 days.
To make an exchange or request a refund, please email info@wtfshoes.com with your reason for refund or exchange and new size requirements. If in stock, we will send your replacement order out immediately. If out of stock, we’ll let you know and you can choose something else or we’ll refund your money.
We'll pay for the return shipping on the replacement shoes, but you'll have to cover the cost of having them shipped back to us. Please make sure you keep the tracking info when you send a return. If the shoes go missing and you don’t have the tracking info we won't be able to do an exchange or refund.
We suggest you try your shoes on an indoor, carpeted surface. This will protect the soles of the shoes in case you need to return or exchange them. If they come back unscuffed and unmarked, cha-ching you have money in the bank. However if they are scuffed or marked, they are yours to keep.
