Do you offer Returns for Refund and Exchange?

Hell ya, we're in the business of satisfying your shoe craving, not parting you from your money dishonestly!

All shoes purchased online may be happily returned or exchanged if in their original unworn, unscuffed and unmarked condition.

Is your site a secure website for payment?

Like the banks, we use only the highest level of online security. At WTFShoes.com there is no such thing as “your” money and “my” money, it’s “our money” and we want it protected at all times. WTFShoes.com will always handle your personal information professionally, safely and responsibly.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via paypal, visa and mastercard. All prices are in Canadian dollars, so don’t sweat exchange rates. Shouldn’t all of life be this simple?

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, you want them, we got them, and we’ll get them to you! Just check with us for our international shipping fees.

How to Order

Below is an overview of the order process, instructions are available as you proceed with your order.

1. Browse through our wicked range of shoes by clicking on a category under our catalog menu (e.g. Heel Chic).
2. Click on the photo of a shoe to view more details or click the “Buy Now” link to automatically add it to your “Shopping Bag” (your “Shopping Bag” is always available at the top right of each screen).
3. Select your size from the drop-down menu and click “Add to Bag”.
4. You will be automatically sent to your “Shopping Bag” page where you can add or remove the quantity and “Update your Cart” or “Checkout”. To continue shopping simply select a category from the main menu and continue browsing the site. Each time you click “Add to Bag” a new item will be added to your “Shopping Bag”.
5. When you are finished shopping click “Checkout” on the “Shopping Bag” page.
6. You’ll be sent to our secure order form and asked to enter your contact and shipping information. If you’d prefer to use PayPal to checkout click on the “Checkout with PayPal” button (see the “Checking out with PayPal” section below for more details).
7. Check that your email and contact info is correct and click “Continue to next step”.
8. If you have a discount code enter it in the discount code box and click “Apply”.
9. Select the type of shipping you’d prefer, enter your credit card information (we accept Visa or Mastercard) and click “Complete my purchase”.
10. Your order is now complete.  You’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

Checking out with PayPal

PayPal is a secure company that processes credit cards and also accepts bank transfer. You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to order. If you clicked “Checkout with PayPal” on the checkout page you can simply log into the website if you are a PayPal member and follow the instructions. If you do not have a PayPal account click "Don't have a PayPal account?" and follow the instructions on screen to pay for your order.  During the PayPal payment process you will be redirected back to our site where you can enter discount codes if necessary and select the shipping method.

How do I ensure the right fit?

Before You Buy

1. If shoes are only available in whole sizes, order the next half size up if you are in between sizes.
2. If you generally wear a narrow and the shoe isn't offered in a narrow width, you may want go down a half size.
3. If you generally wear a wide and the shoe isn't offered in a wider width, you may want to go a half size up to give the ball of your foot and your toes more space.
4. It's normal for one foot to be larger than the other; fit against the larger foot.
5. If you are familiar with the brand, order the same size you usually wear in that brand--the sizes displayed on our site are from the manufacturers.

After You Receive Your Shoes

1. Try your shoes on with the same socks or hosiery you plan to wear with them--this will add up to half a size depending on the thickness you prefer.
2. Try on your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface--this will protect the soles of the shoes in case you need to return or exchange them.

How do I measure my foot?

If you are unsure about your shoe size, follow these instructions to measure your foot:

1. On a piece of paper, draw a straight line that is longer than your foot.
2. Stand on the paper with the line centered beneath your foot. The line should run under your longest toe and your heel.
3. Have a friend make a mark where the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe meet the line. Repeat for your other foot.
4. Take the measurement between the heel and toe marks. Use the measurement from the larger of your two feet with the size chart below to determine your shoe size.
